The account was banned

Question

Hello, friends of the community!I would like to ask, how can I know the specific reason why my account is banned? If because of violation of the user agreement or sales, so which one violation of the agreement? If the account was banned because of the refund, which order had the refund? If the account was banned because of cheating, when was the cheating tool used?I consulted the tech team twice, and they never answered my questions directly, and I paid a lot of money for my game. The EA team banned my game account, but how can they ban my account without a convincing reason? The money I topped up just went down the drain?

@eryttt metoo , team never check for customer like us. them funny to do this because them have power to do this and EA don't case about this.
"Talk with our teams " them just copy past for any case when you try prove for your account .i need answer if i use cheat why my hwid not ban. no one and anwser me.

@eryttt Hey there, in your email it should of stated the category of why the ban was made. It will not tell you how or when or what triggered it. It will however give you a category of why it was decided. The reason exact reasons with time stamps of when it was used is not relayed to players is to keep the system a mystery. Which is why they only give you a category of why the ban was made. This helps stop people finding ways to bypass the system.

Hello,There are also many games such as world of warships.If they disable the account, they will explain the specific reason,not to ensure the mystery of the verification mechanism and not explain the specific reason. So they rarely have players complaining that their accounts were wrongly banned.
Furthermore,if EA bans an account with a specific reason for the ban,many players will abide by their rules to avoid account ban.They never give specific reasons for banning accounts,so there will be more players unintentionally breaking their rules,which in turn will lead to more account bans.It's a vicious cycle.
EA's ban on my account make me feel inexplicable. My account was banned when I didn't violate anything,I invested a lot of time and money in my account, and EA banned my account without a clear and convincing reason. It made me feel very frustrated,and contacting their tech department didn't help,I felt so powerless!

@eryttt the same goes for me. I got banned for no reason and now 4 months later Im still banned and didn't get any email even though I contacted the support twice or three times
