The Amount of Unfilled Teams is Absolutely Horrendous

So riddle me this... I play about 12 games in a row to have 2 of those games be full squad games. I thought I was playing "Trios", not duos or solo. How can the player selection pool be that heinous,...

I just got my first 10 minute suspend penalty for leaving an arena match (unranked, foregone conclusion that we lost). To be penalized in that instance while constantly crossing my -ing fingers that my 3 man squad will even fill in BR or Arenas is a slap in the face.
