No it does not, the Eva 8 is only good at extremely close range. Any remote distance and the gun is horrible due to it’s bullet spread.
With double tap yes it can be brutal at close range, but it’s otherwise useless. It also burns through ammo, which is a big deal with shotgun ammo.

It’s ridiculous nerf threads like this one that takes away from the vitality from actual gun balance complaints on these forums. I mean the peacekeeper makes the Eva look like a children’s toy by comparison for goodness sakes!
