The inaction of EA's Terms of Service Team
Dear EA Terms of Service Team,
Greetings! I am a player of Apex Legends, writing to appeal again regarding the penalty imposed on my account. While playing the game normally yesterday, I strictly adhered to the User Agreement throughout and did not engage in any violating activities whatsoever (including but not limited to the use of third-party plugins, malicious teaming, cheating, or other rule-breaking behaviors), yet I received a notice of account penalty.
Your team previously stated that the violation was confirmed after a thorough investigation, but no specific evidence of violation or basis for determination has been provided, and the penalty was directly refused to be revoked. This has made me feel deeply wronged and unfair. I have invested a great deal of time and energy in this game, and the unjustified suspension of my account has caused me tangible losses and troubles.
Hereby, I solemnly request that your team reinitiate a comprehensive and impartial investigation, verify the game data and operation records of my account, and clearly inform me of the specific violating facts and the basis for determination. If it is ultimately still impossible to prove that I have committed any violation, I earnestly request the immediate revocation of the penalty on my account; if the penalty cannot be revoked, I demand that your team provide reasonable compensation for the losses caused by this improper penalty.
