For example if they nerf the R-99 to make it really only a CQC weapon, the prowler will likely take the top spot as the preferred gun, with the R-301/Flatline being fairly popular as well.

The Prowler is already better than the R99 full upgrades vs full upgrades. Just don't tell the "pros," they'll figure it out eventually.
