You see, I quite liked Solo mode. It was a nice break from having to deal with 8/10 bad teams in vanilla games.Now its a case of having to deal with people who don't drop as a team and people who disconnect as soon as they die etc etc.I know Legends is a team game and when you come across a good team it's amazing but right now there seems as much chance of that happening as pigs learning to fly.Please bring back solo mode. It's nice having another option to go to if I don't want to play regular Legends games.

I'm gonna sound like an EA rep here lmao.But fundamentally it is purely the players that are the problem not the game.The game is quite obviously team focused and it baffles me why people think they can lone wolf games. Especially since these lone wolf players never actually seem to be very good anyway.The season pass changes haven't done much to help this issue admittedly but i mean charging off solo to do weekly challenges that carry over each week anyway is pretty pointless as far as i'm concerned.

@Spr4yNPrey if anything solo mode made me realize how much random squads suck. If you don't have a premade the game is barely enjoyable.

@SlivPTS Team mode requires more skill. Experienced players know how to communicate, have patience with beginners, some even seeing squadmates carrying as a challenge.I have played solo, but stopped because it wasn't anything special and got bored fast. I'm not against it, but it's a stretch to consider solo a fix for this team based game.

Squads is by far more skilful to win (even though skill is subjective given the RnG factor).I love the fact p[eople think bad players play squads to be carried lmao.I could say bad players play solo because they cannot play in a squad. So they bug out to play solo.Yes a bad player can win solo. Camp it up, wait for the last 2 players to fight and third party. That is easier than squads imo.

game needs stiffer penelties, you leave after 4 time in a row 30 min wait until you can play again.
Solo mode made it worse, like many here said it would be. Nothing changed during this event and made team play even more unplayable.

@RevenanT-G7 Maybe it did, (hell yeah it did) but give the people who don't know how to play as a team a place to go. Bringing back Solo will do that.

The people that are new comers can play in a PVE mode. Make it a Co-op where team play is essential and playing lone wolf will get you melted. So people know what they need to do. when / when not to pick up downed teammates, when an when not to rush in a gun fight and so on.
This will Help people play better and new comers will learn the team aspect of this game. I think with the Wraith PVE event I believe it might be in a step in the right direction to improve upon team play. Sure you still will get those Knuckle heads but I feel stiffer / harsher penelties need to be in place to curb that.

Team mode needs fixing, especially since Apex is a team oriented game. There are many other modes that can be created, with well thought rules to rely on players communicatiing, protecting the teammates, sharing loot, etc.. Solo mode doesn't fix anything, it just makes things worse in the long term, as it shifts the focus away from teamplay, towards ways that often get the entire squad boxed when applied in team mode. It was wrong to be added at this point, the game should've had like 4-5 team modes and be a bit older, with a better established name and steadier playerbase.

But there is no team play... playing with randoms is nightmare.
Devs MUST somehow induce team play... by give points for playing in team and by punishing when player goes solo, disconnects.
At this moment they are doing nothing to fix the game.
