the patch notes seem to be missing legend balance notes..
where are they? can anyone find them?

@Voidraker That's the neat part! There will not be any until after they have the ALGS championship series cause gods forbid the top 1% of players deal with change to their meta before that!
@Kyldenar I completely agree, if the best players can’t play the game like they do becase of some balance changes, then they don’t deserve their spot. Respawn should not cater to the .0001% of players.
