The problem with the abandon penalty in apex.

My only real issue with the abandon penalty is that my internet is usually great but every so often it will lag and it kicks me out of the game and I get an abandon penalty. I can sometimes reload and get back into the game but most of the time it won't reload or it will and just kicks me out again until I get an abandon penalty. Or I run into an issue like today where my game kept saying it couldn't connect because my account was already in use and when I changed my password and got back in I had an abandon penalty and then when that was up I get into a game to find out someone has changed all of my binds. They need to be able to differentiate between someone who actually pressed the button to disconnect and confirmed it versus someone who disconnected because of a new update and the game is lagging.
