@Bean2kay9
I also heard about EOMM and i am pretty sure they are using it. You constantly have to play with 2 low skill players and when you lose many times in a row, they put you in games where you have higher chance to win, or you get better teammates.
@hayhor
Legend balance is not problem. It all can be fixed just by grouping/locking legends. For example you can't play with the same legend 2 times in a row. Or when all legends are separated by groups, so in one game you will choose legend from one group and in second game will be other group.
These are just few quick ideas... i am sure they can come up with much better ideas.

Unpopular opinion: it has nothing to do with classes.
Classes are broken in team play, and you know that from which ones are taken, versus which ones are ignored.
If we had solos, the characters would still be imbalanced, just maybe different ones.
Becauae don’t tell me people pick Wattson or Crypto from team play because they don’t, despite their design. People play trios with solo characters anyway, for the most part.
- hayhor5 years agoHero@SlivPTS I gave the answer. Make it so legends do not have stock abilities in solo. Everyone is a character that can be skinned but is the exact same size hitbox. During a round you can pick up abilities like you do other loot.

@hayhor all they had to do for solos was import the IMC / Militia Grunt model from TF1/2, modify the hitbox so it ends up about a hair bigger than Lifeline size, and then give them modified "Dummies Big Day" abilities. That's it. Satisfies everyone.
People who want squad-play get squad-based Legends and abilities. The people who want to ditch the ankle weights and focus on mechanical outplays get to do precisely that. But of course, Respawn needs to reinvent the wheel, which is why they hinted at that god-awful "No Fill" nonsense a while back.
