There is a mistake with the penalty history shown on EA Help.
Though my EA Help displays absolutely no history of penalties, I’m informed that I’ve been banned the moment I log into Apex Legends.Besides, my appeal got no response at all. I played Apex for 2,300 hours over three years (2021 - 2024), and even though I highlighted the issue of my unexplained ban in my appeal, there’s been no reply so far.😇
