I’ll be honest, I abandon most of my ranked games now. The ten minutes of peace is worth more than waiting once you are down.
People aren’t playing ranked to win anymore.
@KelRiever I can't even imagine the state of ranked right now. Back when it first came out, I ranked up to Plat within a day, and then every single team I played with in Plat wanted to sit in a corner and hide instead of fight. 7 games of LITERAL NOTHING for 15 minutes straight every game. Atrociously boring.
@pastaclown @I don’t want to judge too hard because it is season end. Right now it’s the opposite, a bunch of plat IV and diamond IV just hit dropping and blowing all whatever rank points they would even have gained.
The strategy is gone, neither hiding nor good, smart fighting that gets your adrenaline running. I just came off a game I played basically solo to second with Lova because I knew my team mates would get themselves killed with 30 seconds. Yes I has to move run and hide but by final 4 it was way more fun fighting. So I basically had to play 10 min of sad to get 5 min of fun.
