@dSKyNafinchin It would seem to be only when you activate them. I just took a close look without doing so, and all three have an R-301.
@pandareno1999 Oh ok, that makes sense. I can't remember the last time I activated the dummies. I still wish we didn't have to do that weird gimmick, just to activate them

- @dSKyNafinchin It is. You know when you hear that sound that unless they are targeting someone ELSE near you that you are dead.
Thankfully in Frontier Defense they don't get used against you... often. But I think the grunts can have them in Wave 5 on higher difficulties. I have only tried up to medium so far.- @Kyldenar I think I'll like Frontier Defense. It sounds like a "Firefight"-type mode, where you battle increasingly difficult waves? I've always enjoyed those modes. Just need to get a computer than can actually run the game! It's in my Origin library, Lol
- @dSKyNafinchin Yep, exactly. Cooperate with 3 other humans playing other pilots, survive 5 waves. At lower difficulties, you get some 're-dos' when you fail a wave. At higher, no re-dos (I think, not actually gone above Medium yet) and the AI gets more aggressive.
Side note - I am terrified how they define "more agressive" when I have been brutally hunted down by a Titan with a flamethrower just on medium across half the map...
Like I keep saying, I really wish they would add something like Frontier Defense to Apex so I could stop ruining all your all games in BR...
@Kyldenar I didn't realize it was an actual thing in the game in coop. I was talking about modded multiplayer on Northstar client. They look so damned funny holding those giant weapons.
