Too late to get the Night Terror Wraith skin?

I noticed that you could get the Night Terror Wraith skin upon reaching lvl 15 in the battlepass. I got to lvl 39 and had to quit because of personal issues. So I never received the Wraith skin. Is it too late to get it?

    @Morofet69 That skin was given to people who had battle pass during the legendary hunt event. I guess you weren't playing during that event.
