Ultimate BattlePass rewards gone

I asked for refund last time because there's bug and I accidentally paid twice of the battlepass. After I got refunded, the Ultimate rewards also got refunded, I only got 10 exotic shards, no pathfinder skins, no horizon skins.

Note: I got only refunded once, so I still bought 1 Ultimate BattlePass
