They've banned a lot of players but people keep on cheating

Actually after you die, well your squad dies you can press TAB to spectate the person who killed you. If they are hacking they'll still be alive and well. You can also open origin/search friends/enter their name/profile/report player and fill it out that way. Although not the easiest/most convenient it works the same. So spectate, capture it on recording if you want for extra evidence and then report player through Origin.
