It is becoming so annoying that your teammate going house by house to check . after 3min in game u should have 2 guns armor helm and maybe few heal at this point you should just go and hunt enemies if u want a better loot or more loot.

if you point out to someone that need to move to other places they go super defensive as if I cursed them .
slow people don't win games ! you cannot sit in 1 area with your blue shiled and expect when final fight come you will beat . usually team you going to face already killed like 3-4 squads and armed and have experience fighting as a team already.
finishing 2nd place after basically not having a single fight until the very end is worse gameplay I can imagine .
Which is all just your opinion. The idea is to survive as long as possible.
If you like jumping into fights with the first weapons you grab, great. Just don't expect your team mates to follow suit. They may not have found the weapons or attachments they're happy using, or they may just want to survive as long as possible.
I was terrible lastnight and couldn't catch a break. In one game, a player (with 200+ kills and a ton of damage done on their stats) hoovers up all the loot then just runs off to the sound of gunfire. I had a helmet, Mozamweak and an arc star. There is no way I'm following him into battle.
If I'm not jump master, and my team doesn't jump out in the first 10-15 seconds, I tend to just quit and re-search.
I do not want to play loot hunting for 10 minutes then die to the first people i see, I want action.
