Can't be bothered with this game anymore.It's season 5 and still these players haven't even learned to play the game yet???10 games straight my teammates drop then die within 5 seconds of landing.Drop. And probably leave too.5 seasons and players haven't learned how to drop yet???I seriously suspect a lot of these players have been on the earth 20-something years and have still not yet learned how to breathe through their nose.This game is incredibly unplayable just to the sheer amount of absolutely worthless teammates.This game used to be good but you've messed up the most vital element - teams/players.

@Koochi-Q The game just getting worse and worse. I already gave it a break. I'm now playing it less and less. I used to make time for it. Now i just play it *if* there's time for it.And usually opt to do other things as opposed to playing it.I stopped spending any money on it. Stopped engaging with it. And soon I'll be deleting it.It'd be half decent if players were any good. But seeing as players are worse than dumb, i cba dealing with being shot through doors 3 seconds after i close them or shot through walls or round corners.Trash game. Was fun for the first season it lasted. They couldn't even be bothered to make a new map 😅

@1ronKeys Just stop playing, that's what I did. Usually in the new week old players come back for a few days to see the new map or legend and revel in what they used to play before they notice the old problems are still there and leave again so first week of new season is the Apex Legends Paradise. Only play heavily during those days XDYou'd be surprised how many times nowadays I, in all manner of games, hear absurdly young ppl playing... I'm talking Rocket Arena or Rogue Company atm since I dont play Apex but it's also valid and hear ppl like 10-14 years old... You can definitely tell they're young as well by their stats and you're like 'Why are they playing this game or even ranked when they suck this much... it's not a die and you're dead game... you constantly come back but they do 1/10 or even 1/20th of my dmg?! useless ppl'.

I'll play a few matches on my own to get a particular challenge or something then I get frustrated and play something else.

@1ronKeys If you are playing pubs then this is just something that you need to accept. I'm an average player at best but 90% of the time my teammates are absolute trash and there isn't anything I can do about it. I have found on ranked if I ever play that solo that my teammates are better.

I do think players should get a rating from other players though but again this could end up corrupt - scrap that actually it wouldn't work.
However, I have always thought that players should get some sort of built in rating, I don't know if you have ever played GTA Online but if you troll on there for too long you get turned into a 'bad sport' and can only play with other 'bad sports'. I think a system like this would be good on Apex, for the people that leave as soon as they are downed or the players that leave when you are about to get the res it would really tighten things up as well.

Yes, that statement is exactly what I meant.
In this season, some entertainers started to stream playing Apex Legends in my country.
Unfortunately, I am not the big fan of them though. (Vtuber? I have no idea. :P )

I had a game the other day with a beginner lifline and a Octane that was somewhat meh.
The lifeline was playing long range, and me / octane went down when there was two squads left. The octane started flaming the lifeline that she was far away (duh she was trying to snipe) telling her that she was worthless and trash etc - I frankly told him to stfu.
Problem I have is not with the lifeline but with the octane, there is no need for that looser mentality to always blame others for your own mistakes. And you never know the person behind the computer, hell they might even have some disablements in real life.
If im in a squad of new players, guess what - I wont hotdrop, I´ll take them to a route that gives them a chance to take it slow. And even if I almost down two teams alone and last guy gets me, I wont even get mad if my teammates potato and lose - its my own fault for not winning the fight I engaged.
Does the matchmaking need improvements - yes. But we also need to start handing out bans to these toxic kids that spew out hate against new players. That should include these * streamers too that are nothing but toxic towards beginner teammates. These Gargamel looking twitch streamers need to be put into place.
