Trick for player who intense with Thumb stick during battle

Maybe just me, but I tend to be intense with controller left and right thumb during battle and tend to press down harder than ussual.

1. For default setting, this means "Punch", punch during battle means death.

2. So I change it to barely use button: "Special action"

    But after last patch, this trigger equip wheel option , means death as well, it was WTF moment !!!  ☹️

So I struggle to find which buttons for a week, I tried :

1. Select grenade, not really works since I got expose during short distance battle, since grenade animation is so slow.

2. Change fire mode (single/auto), works only for single mode gun (R99) but death for my favorite flatline and r301.

3. Crouch : Crounch during battle expose me since can't move quick.

Finally figure out, I use crounch with hold only.

1. Left thumb : Run with Auto Run On

2. Right thum : Crounch with Crounch On Hold.  This way I actually do quick duck during battle, awesome.
