Pretty sure Pav does not handle issues related to the Apex Store.
Whilst he might work on the in-game UI, the store is a whole other matter managed by other groups, so probably not in his expertise.
Especially the items on other stores (Microsoft, Playstation) can be handled by the company themselves instead of EA/Respawn.
Not sure, though If I could get official confirmation on this then that would be swell.

(Hopefully that doesn't really put stress on his workload if he has to forward those kind of things)
- @Cheese9Man Iam sure there is a problem I can't find any Apex Coins not in PlayStation Store and not even on internet , in Turkey there is very little amount of people play Apex on console because consoles in Turkey are expensive so most players use PC and most Turkish people can't speak English, probably that's why you don't find anybody arguing...
