Some Control matchmaking facts:
1) The matchmaking is super aggressive if you’re playing on a high ELO (BR account). My first (and every match there after) match pitted me against all 4k 20 bomb players. Literally everyone in my lobby is Master and up, or sporting the 4k 20, even my teammates.
2) On my TEST account, I have 200+ BR games played and 0 damage and 0 kills. Playing Control on this mode put me against super low ELO players. After dropping an insane amount of kills (54), my immediate next game placed me in the same lobbies that I’m playing in on my actual account. This is good, as it stops people from smurfing in a consistent manner.
So Control indeed has totally separate SBMM than BR for everyone except high ELO BR accounts.

Wtf is wrong with people? Horrible experience. Tried to play for the last two hours but the penalties and/or afc'ing is a waste of time. Last game I had more kills than my entire team put together, double the rating as number 2 on my team had, half way through the game. The one time I get killed while defending B against two, where no one jumps down to help, and I have to spawn at C, they just hand over B for free. Final straw for today. Went on Conan Exiles now. So your 20 minute penalty can **** it anyway.
Fix the mode!
- @hayhor 53. And rightfully, it immediately changed my lobbies. I hate SBMM but no one should be consistently mowing through lobbies like that.
Oh, and Bangalore... stop smoking, especially on Hammond, when we're trying to fight at the doors. No one can see anything. The enemy can slip in, no one knows. I just have to shoot in the blind at the door and hope I hit something. Definitely the worst Control legend.
