Since yesterday (going on 2 days now), i've been unable to access Apex Legends because the EA APP is asking me to enter a verification code. Unfortunately i am not receiving the code via email or SMS, despite multiple attempts.
I've checked my spam/junk folders and ensured my phone number and email address are correct on my account. the issue persists.

If that verification code isn't come through for you, you'll want to contact the live support team so they can take a look and help get you logged back in- here on the forums we don't have access to your account information to help with this.

I also can’t contact EA Support because it requires logging into my account, and I can’t log in without the code. I’m currently writing this from an old account because I can't access my main one.
Community ManagerWhen filling out your help request, there's an option to "get help without logging in", be sure to select that option.
I visited the EA Help website and followed the instructions to get help, but I cannot find the actual contact form. I select a relevant topic (e.g., "Can't log in") and platform, but there is no option to submit a case or start a chat. Every link just redirects me to another page with articles or topics.
Could you please provide a direct link to the contact form or a way to get support without needing to log in? I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Community ManagerTry selecting Game Support-> EA Account-> I need help setting up EA Login Verification -> Continue without logging in. From there, you should be seeing a live chat option.
