Unannounced Crimson Heirloom Pack changes.

I recently noticed whilst showing my friends the Crimson Heirloom packs, that they have updated the packs contents to include more obtainable skins as per the 19 skins they originally released with.

I purchased all 20 of these packs when they first released and I feel quite frustrated that I, and many others, weren't given the same chance at all of these skins as the people who can purchase the packs now.

Is there anyway I can get into contact with EA support directly in regards to this instead of having my tickets closed and being forced onto the forums?
