Unfair matchmaking

I would like someone from Respawn to give me an honest answer,

Why is your matchmaking so blatantly unfair? I'm diamond 4 currently. Ever since I was plat 4 I have been having at least 6-10 preds in my lobby every game. 

How is it remotely fair for someone in diamond 4 (especially plat 4) to face 3 stacked preds? I have died to the ranks 1, 3 and top 200 preds around 100 games this season. 

The ques are literally 15 seconds, so I know the system isn't even attempting to find a fair match. This issue has been going on for well over a year. 

If this isn't fixed, you will continue to lose more players.

I ask that you consider that you are allowing to happen to your playerbase,
