Usually with bans for cheating, multiple platforms can get banned.
From what I understand, to avoid players from using platform accounts that have been banned on an EA account, they get locked to the EA account itself unless they get unbanned.
So in your case it would sadly enough not be possible to have the PSN account unlinked unless you were to be unbanned.
So in other words : get hacked by russian guy, uses cheats, get banned, never able to use my psn account ever for ea games?
