Unlock all weapon charms

@asukojoI’d take a legendary charm over a legendary banner any day.

Just as long as they update charms that you can have charms on as many weapons as you like instead of the 1 charm on 1 weapon which is just preposterous.

So many weapons but you can only equip one specific charm to one weapon...
