Respawn doesn't care about the first one (cfg modding) really, i see so many people using it for easy movement techniques. Even controller players on PC enable easy tap strafing via Steam Controller Config, which is banned in ALGS but not in regular play. Many pro controller players use it in regular play
i presume the logitech macro is for removing recoil by enabling jitter aiming even when the mouse is not moving, which Respawn might care about
reWASD to enable aim assist on MnK is dangerous territory, I wouldn't recommending using it on your main account
