You are getting in to that top high level percent of players and when you get there it is like day and night. One has to change tactics to do well.
It is like playing ranked Rookie to Silver is just play as you will. Gold is lots of fun with a bit more tactile play. Plat gets a little tougher. However Plat 1-2/ Diamond puts you up there in that top 10% or so of players and the sweats, the hand holding 3 stack masters and preds. It is really competitive at the top%'s and that goes as well for Pubs.

It could help with limiting the randomness of well Randoms.
I would offer myself but I have 2 regulars I play with and 2 alternates I play with when I am not Solo Q'ing.

But the game also feels different. I get downed immediately. I'm emptying 3 magazines into people and they're still standing. I have this experience a lot with EA titles. Battlefront, FIFA, Apex. Just something changes.
If im playing better players and getting outperformed I can accept that and my only grievance is myself. But when I'm landing my same shots or getting hit the same dying quicker or people not dying (or whatever else manifestation) it's a problem.
It's also leaving me unsure whether to change legends whether to change my load out - seem to have as much success with a blank p2020 as I do with a fully equipped Nemesis or 301. Was the same in fifa - you start questioning and changing your tactics and new cards and players. Fortunately here there's no need to pay.
I even questioning if the maps have anything to do with it. Haha.
Have not really had 'fun' this past week since posting. Just feels like unenjoyable wasted time.
I wondered if switching legends, but can't imagine it would change much and can't think who'd I'd go to.
Bought the battle pass last night seeing as I reached level 100 already (wasn't going to as didn't know if I'd play enough to pass) in fact the battlepass is something I praise highly about Apex. The fact you can rebuy it with what you earn.
