The bullet hit box are way bigger compared to the Kraber and Sentinel bullets. And if you main big legends like Gibby, Caustic, and NC like I do, getting targeted by 3 Vantages in KC in ranked is the perfect recipe for frustration.

I quick scoped my buddy while he was sliding down the hill in the FR last night like it was nothing, lol.

@Cheese9Man I completely agree with this, the sniper/ultimate appears to of been designed in such a way that Stevie Wonder could hit a moving target across the map. When you add multiple Vantages in the mix it becomes a frustration extravaganza, as I mentioned on a previous thread I made.

@Cheese9Mani don't think it's the bullet hit box i think they buffed the bullet magnetism for vantage's sniper ult it work almost similiar to halo 5's bullet magnetism where the bullet just turn into your target if your crosshair is pretty close to the target

sadly the video about halo 5 bullet magnetism by crowbcat got removed somehow

@Cheese9Man This type of Legend honestly came at a good/interesting time. Attacking from long distances to avoid getting 3rd partied in Ranked.

You can get kills by long distance 3rd partying early game. She seems to have encouraged more snipner play as well. Last week I was downed by a Wraith with a Longbow. I rarely see a Wraith player using snipers lol. But now more people are picking them up cuz of her.

It would be interesting to see weapon usage rate numbers from season to season. Not just Legend pick rates.

@Ragarath Funny you mention that. I did hear some rumors that her scope has aim assist, unlike any other sniper scopes. Can't currently confirm this though, take with a grain of salt.

@pandareno1999 Considering I know I am a terrible shot with snipers and avoid them in this game, and I can chain hits on moving targets with it, I would say, yes. And it's not just cause of the bullet drop indicator because my brand of color blindness (red-green) makes it virtually indistinguishable to me anyway.

If true, that makes me wonder, with the other direct fire "gun weapon" ult (Sheila) also get Aim Assist in the future?

Will other Legends introduced with guns get the same?

I assume that Sheila does have aim assist. Why wouldn't it? It doesn't have an optic greater than 3X.

In case you're unclear on the mechanics of this, no sight greater than 3X magnification in the game has aim assist.

I'm headed to range right now, I'll suss out Vantage's scope.

EDIT: Vantage's sniper scope has aim assist on both 3X and 8X magnification. Seems pretty ridiculous to me, given the various advantages her ult has that have already been discussed here. I expect this was an unintentional oversight and will be nerfed whenever Vantage gets addressed WRT balance.
