The bullet hit box are way bigger compared to the Kraber and Sentinel bullets. And if you main big legends like Gibby, Caustic, and NC like I do, getting targeted by 3 Vantages in KC in ranked is the perfect recipe for frustration.

LMAO that’s like saying if you want to win in apex just simply don’t die. But in KC if you’re up against 3-5 Vantages at the same time in different angles in a map with too many open spaces this is easier said than done. Not to mention Gibby/Caustic’s body isn’t even covered fully by a lot of rocks in KC.

You can get kills by long distance 3rd partying early game. She seems to have encouraged more snipner play as well. Last week I was downed by a Wraith with a Longbow. I rarely see a Wraith player using snipers lol. But now more people are picking them up cuz of her.
It would be interesting to see weapon usage rate numbers from season to season. Not just Legend pick rates.
I agree with everything that you’ve said but Respawn doesn’t share their numbers. The third party sites which count your pick rates are based from the banner. It really is the long range meta right now but yeah I hope we got some solid numbers.

Rolling on the floor after that one. Yes it is easier said than done. Dying is easier in this game than staying alive as well. But vs snipers cover is and always will be what you need. The big boys Gibby and the Gas Man have it rough right now.

The easiest way to rotate and avoid snipers is to plan rotations early and avoid firefights and being gate-kept at a choke-point with the ring coming in but that requires your team to stop being loot goblins and to not squirrel off solo in the direction of every gunshot.
But you know, like @reconzero says, that would require people to play this like a battle royale and not a deathmatch, and apparently they can't sus that one out.
