Verification code for account not being received with email of the account

I want to link my PS4 account of apex legends account to my Xbox so I can transfer all my stuff from my PS4 to Xbox but I can't get into my account. As every time I go to log into my account it doesn't allow me login even when I use right password . It's expired credentials or wrong password (Which it isn't as wrote it down). When I go to reset the password and set a verification code I never receive it even tho I'm using the same email it said it's sending it to. If anyone has a fix please contact me as its been like this for a while and want to get to playing with all my stuff on newer console and not get stuck on old one. Thanks

    Hey 20AaronM07​,

    Just to be sure, you're having this issue when trying to log in or reset the password for your EA account, not the PSN/Xbox account, right? 

    Please keep in mind that you cannot transfer progress between different accounts. If you have your PSN account linked to one EA account and your Xbox to another, linking your PSN to the same EA account that has your Xbox will cause you to lose all progress that you'd gained from playing on PS4. Progress is stored at the EA account level and would stay behind if you unlink the PSN.

    Emails from us should be coming from @e.ea.com or @ea.com, so be sure to add those to any email filters to be sure it's not just getting sent directly to trash/spam/junk folders. If you're still running into trouble with that verification code from there, please contact support directly so they can help verify the account and see what options are available to get this cleared up, thanks!
