Viewing the Third Person Perspective of the Enemy

Will there be such an option or an accident in the future when a teammate is destroyed and the third person perspective of the accident is observed when he resurrects from the plane?

When you die on the plane, you can actually see the enemy's third person perspective. Is this a bug?
