@Anidot3 I do not think they issue refunds for these type of things. I know the pain of even recolors. I have bought most of the skins I thought would be exclusive. They did say a few seasons ago old battlepass rewards and such now can make a return. So the information was out there that there is a chance old skins could make a return.
It is no different really then going to a retail store buying the last item on the shelf and it makes a return later down the line. A lot of skins are highly requested to make a return so they def will come back at some point later down the line. I am not sure if this applies to only battlepass skins though. Can't recall if I have gotten a recolor from an event given skin.
