Wattson ultimate rework
I feel like wattson should be able to put her ultimate on her back and when it runs out she can put it on the floor or go on cooldown and that can be another good defensive selection cause she should...

@inevitable_tay I'm not really a fan of the idea of essentially a mobile shield regen, with built-in trophy system. Sounds like a bit much, to me. That's just my opinion though!
