I'm personally upset that we still don't have Heirlooms for other Legends but Wraith has gotten a Heirloom skin and two Heirloom weapons.........how aren't people upset about this?

Why is this not a bigger issue? We still have Legends that don't have heirlooms and they're rereleasing Wraiths kunai...........

@dSKyNafinchinThe reason I care- I want the other legends in the game to get their heirlooms before releasing 2nd ones for ones that already have them. Once all legends have them, go ahead do whatever.

They need to earn my business by doing something meaningful that improves my mostly solo queue experience. Right now, getting teammates worse than me frequently and getting rolled repeatedly by players much better than me is the single worst thing about Apex. Fixing matchmaking should be Job 1 with cheaters & smurfs and positional audio coming in 2nd and 3rd after that.

@hayhor I personally will not be picking up a single item from the this specific event because of the final reward.

Well, I'm pretty sure this event was already prepared a bit back before the statement.
I'd assume it'll get better after some events, assuming they haven't prepared a lot.
At least, I'd hope.

@hayhor Hey I am (or better i was) an almost a sweaty Wraith but i won't buy this for sure 😛. This explains the new animations, so people are more attracted to buy it.

@DankToliet because with a recolor they can make more money with less work. model and its animations are already there. its pretty common in apex with all skins if you havent noticed. thats just EA for you, just interested in money, not in happy players

It really annoys me when I see both the Octane and Bangalore recolors in the event skins, going for full price, when I already paid and own both of the OG skins, you don't even get a discount, nothing.
It's like EA's business model is aimed at new players wallets, or people who really don't care to throw more money at them for simple recolors, which is literally a push of a button to reverse these colors.
Throw me a bone at least for having supported your game since S1, and make me feel better by at least lowering the price if you already paid, and own the OG skin....what happened to recolors with Apex tokens, ah yes, slowly faded out cause they got greedy.

In all seriousness though, not to defend a money grab, but I'd be willing to bet that this event was already locked in, well before they made that announcement about the PK, and they probably just didn't have another "top-tier" item ready to go in its place. I could very well be mistaken, but that's just how I reacted to it when I saw it. They plan all this stuff out, way ahead of time. Now, if we get another one like this down the road, then I'll be sitting there scratching my head, for sure

Personally, I don't really care though. I mean, Walmart (or any store) has TONS of items for sale, that I will never purchase and have no desire to, but I don't care about them selling that stuff. Netflix (or any streaming service) has TONS of content that I have no intention/desire to watch, but I simply don't watch it. Might seem like an odd comparison, but they're one and the same, to me. It's all goods and services, and I spend my money at my own discretion, as does everyone else. Most of the time, I just thank the devs for making it an easy choice NOT to buy, and carry on with my day. Again, just my personal view on it
