Weapon buff or shield downgrade?

@Th3ExtremeIve felt this too and just chalked it up the netcode.

My TTK feels random as hell when it comes to me taking damage. Lag comp and poor netcode = a bad time for good internet connections on these kind of servers.

It is definitely netcode being bad front loading damage on you. Been a problem since launch and it won't get better anytime soon since they are not prioritizing fixing the netcode.
