weird question but is calling someone "bob the builder" in apex an insult?

someone in ranked just called me that for some reason, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be an insult or what but I muted him entirely after assuming he was trying to be a *.

You go on forums to ask if you should be offended or not... Because someone said you are bob the builder?..

What has become of gaming nowdays...

@KarvaRausku  I think it was more a matter of clarification....because if it was meant as an insult it was a pretty damn terrible attempt.

I agree to a certain extent though, if its not had the desired impact its literally not worth giving any further thought to lol.
