@031567 Because they use statistics and their own plan ahead of much of the feedback. Just because there is a suggestion, doesn't mean it is good.

Let's use bloodhound as an example. They found he was the least used so they buffed his abilities. Now he seems to be everywhere.

Trust me I didn't even know bloodhound was an Apex employee before his new buff, now I can tell his on shift from the other side of the map 😱😂

  @CrazyPlays54 I read that in one of the updates or something. People use mirage because of his overall character and voice lines. His abilities work on lower skilled for me.
  
  Bloodhounds character is boring so if he doesnt have decent abilities he doesnt get picked.
