Matchmaking solo queue

I have to get teamed up with players that are no where near my level (Plat players) 100 dmge currently sitting at (D1) with over 1000 dmge. And the pred players get stacked with pred players or masters?????? And when i make it to masters guess what?????? I dont get the masters players in my team or preds!!?!?!?!!!?!
