What can I do about a hacker when I have spectate video?

    Reporting in-game should do the trick and flag the account for review.
    Another option of reporting is sending @rspn_hideouts a DM on Twitter and attaching any proof you have.
    This can be an unlisted youtube video or something. 🙂

So I really can not answer your question (save that vid for now) but I will try to summon @pandareno1999 one of our community Hero's, I think he/she can provide you with the information on how to submit the video to report the cheater also mentioning  @EA_Mako one of our great CM's that might be able to help you also.

Sorry you had to run into a hacker but good for you reporting and trying to follow up.
