right, I too would be looking at k/d ratio to answer your question. but I am uncertain of how to qualify the numbers. Isn't a k/d of 1 the TRUE expression for an "average" player, in the true center between winning and losing fire fights? behavior in the field is included in that number, sticking with your team and helping it will improve your k/d rate, fighting alone and doing nothing for your team will worsen it.

another indicator would be competitive rank. at least in other games : ) ... i.e. in Overwatch, you have those diagrams showing where your rank is located.

I think if possible seeing how many times someone makes top 3 or top 2.

Lost so many last 3/2 last night because of over eager squadmates who just run in to the middle of nothing and get slapped, or just kinda wander about and let one team loot the 3rd team and then pick advantage location.
