There are no blue armors and no 2x+ optics at all...
Loot layout across all maps are terrible & one of many of the most furious aspects about the game where I could run through entire buildings & not find a single weapon or open 6 chests in a row & not even muster up a P2020 or a Mozambique & it's times that when running around in hotspots or the sound of enemy footsteps nearby the game I'm convinced the game just wants to serve you up as cannon fodder nothing else.I just think the game would be better if all the white crap wasn't among the loot pool was already fitted to weapons like I don't need to open a chest to find 3 white body shields or endless numbers of white shotgun bolts or sniper stocks when I can often go 15 mins plus in a game & not find a single scope for a Carbine,Hemlock,Wingman (note; relying on just Iron-sights just isn't my idea of a fun game),Replicators really need a reworking to carry more relevent stuff like scopes or hop-ups on a consistant basis.And like others have mentioned about Loba & her Blackmarket use in areas of the map I've often had trouble finding a half decent weapon in the inventory.
