What the heck do I do.

I was falsely match make banned by "snake:code" on apex legends. Keep in mind I'm on a switch lite, and I couldn't "movement hack" like this thing so smoothly demands that I did even if I wanted to...

It's just proof to show the match make ban and that I am on switch, really, so people know I'm not "lying" for unbanning.

I opened a case, they closed it, and now I quite literally cannot submit a new appeal case.

@demi___playzxX What do you mean you can't summit a new appeal case? How many times did you appeal your ban by the way?

I opened a case *once*. When I say I can't access it, when I open the support page, all I get is "EA cannot help you with this issue at this time."

  @demi___playzxX Did you receive any emails from the Terms of Service team yet or are they still looking at your case.
  They normally email you after they finished their investigation.

    Yep. Been receiving emails for 3 days. They kept handing off the case to a new employee almost every email and then eventually just closed it, for absolutely no reason.
