Yep. Been receiving emails for 3 days. They kept handing off the case to a new employee almost every email and then eventually just closed it, for absolutely no reason.

@demi___playzxX Are you appealing your ban to the Terms of Service team or to EA advisors?

From what I can tell you are contacting EA advisors about your ban and they can't investigate bans, only the Terms of service team are able to investigate your ban.
