whats dynamic resolution means for ps5 !
its kinda still blurry for me but i will wait for this one but what it means
From what I understand DRS (Dynamic Resolution Scaling) pretty much does what it says.
It dynamically adjusts the scale of the Resolution.
I don't know the exact inner workings, as this can vary per game.Though simply put, it changes the resolution in such a way to gain better performance.
For a simple example, let's say you are running at 1440p, but you enter an area that might be a tad hard to process for your GPU.
With DRS it'll be able to scale the resolution down, in this example maybe to 1080p.
That way you keep a stable amount of FPS without having to mess with a lot of settings, usually goes unnoticed as well if configured properly.
Although unconfirmed, I personally believe that with performance mode, the game will still be a bit blurry.
This of course depends if you're in large open areas or smaller closed off areas, depends on how much the GPU has to work.
After all, consoles do have their limitations, and well.. Apex isn't exactly known for running really smoothly.
