What's the crack with SEER!?

Right so I don't mind playing as Seer or against him. What's everyones main issues with him? What would you like to see changed? I'm really interested to know!

I think the passive ADS ESP should be removed and changed to something competitive. Like honestly anyone can just run around do a 360 and know within 75m that no one is there. The ult is okay as it's not that hard to find and shoot it.

I also think Seer brings the issue of allowing more cheaters to go unnoticed, by means of tricking players that they just knew because of the passive ability.
