What's the point of reporting AFK option?

I simply don't get it why the game has reporting AFK option in reporting system in the first place though the devs never care about it.

I report AFK users or Farmbots everytime I see and they are significantly increasing especially for NBR modes.

Do they even care about fixing game or focusing on raking cash in before they abandon the came?
