My guess would be either a Bangalore or Gibby ultimate. As for it popping in of the firing range, you’re not really alone in there since it’s still a lobby of players where sometimes you can hear or see their abilities. They can also drop holo sprays and respawn beacons and you’ll be able to see it. It’s like the multiverse. Lol.
Look at the visual of the red light once the ult touches the ground.
That second picture, though. You're octane with a wingman and no optic, but the dummie is glowing red! Must be bleed through from another, hidden player in your firing range lobby doing the fuse ult trick, seer tactical. or something? I've never seen scanning abilities bleed through before.. Interesting.
