@EA_Kent I might be slightly jealous... years ago I got meet the Devs for WMS, they made slot machines and pinball machines. It was a cool group of people. It was neat learning about the algorithms and how slot works. The mathematicians were super nerdy.

That's very cool! I'm pretty fond of pinball. A lot of thought must go into all the mechanical parts on those tables.

- @EA_Kent It was, they do. The pinball machine aspect of their business was all but dead when I met their devs. But they still had a few employees from the pinball days. If you’re ever in Vegas they have an awesome pinball hall of fame. I spent more time at the pinball HOF than I did in the casinos or on the strip.
When I got to see WMS showroom and meet there devs, it was mainly a slot machine and casino software company. WMS was bought out by a larger company a few years ago. I was slightly bummed when that happened because they were a company that was always willing to try unconventional things and really create/pioneer new products.
I got to meet the guy who basically developed the first video slot machine.Aspiring game developer and currently working as a kitchen employe at a succesful diner.
In my sparetime I teach sign language to children.
