When am I getting my stuff from my redeem codes

I was in where you put in redeem codes and it were for apex coins when I finished putting in my codes I waited for about five minutes, nothing so I went back and tried to input them again thinking it...

@Ultrasonic_77 I'm trying to see why my stuff from the redeem codes I had put in at the ea customer portal are not Coming in, it said it would be a phew minutes but can take over 24 hours and its been well over 24 hours if you can move my post to were I can get an answer for it please do 🙏
