I wonder what will happen to the rest of the rewards in Battlepass Season 1 if we haven't reach lvl 100 and then Season 2 came out? Since i have never bought any battlepass in any game except Apex, i don't know how this thing works
You keep the free rewards (octane, loot box, stats) and you can use it when session 2 start:

Some people like to brag their stats (how many win/kills on every session) on their banner.
When session 2 start, whatever level you reach on session 1, that would be the final one, you can't continue leveling up session-1.
I'm not sure if you can still buy session-1 once session-2 started, most likely they will give us that option for couple of weeks, no body can reject money, right?
If player almost reach session 1 BP level 100, they're better off buy session-1 since they will unlock 1000 apex coins that they can use for buying session-2 for "free".
From the Apex Legends FAQ:
"What happens if I buy my Battle Pass late in the season?
You’ll receive all the rewards up to your current level for the season, retroactively! If you buy the Battle Pass Bundle, you’ll get the rewards for 25 levels in addition to the levels you’ve already reached. For example, if you’re on level 20 for the season when you buy the Battle Pass Bundle, you’ll get all the rewards up through level 45.
Can I keep leveling my Battle Pass after the season ends?
No, the rewards available in a given season can only be earned until that season is over. For example, after Season 1 ends, you won’t be able to earn new Wild Frontier content."

You can see from the game : Click Battle Pass on top right, you will see 30 days from today, around June 18 .
They will demo Session-2 in EA Play on June 8-9th. Not sure if they allow us to download session-2 by then or we have to wait June 18.
